The customer takes full liability for all postal charges and handling fees.

The buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of their return request. Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the buyer as is, at the buyer's expense. Please contact us through the contact form in advance before returning a product or submit the request directly on your customer account. Any return of an order without prior notification to our teams cannot be processed. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any return must be made using a carrier that offers signature confirmation upon delivery. If the return is sent by the customer in a mailbox or to a pickup point without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for its proper delivery. If the parcel is refused by the customer, or if the customer was unable to receive the delivery, additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed using the payment method used by the customer, within a maximum period of 72 hours after receiving and inspecting the return.
